Ed speaks with Ken Hart, CEO and founder of Snowdrop Solutions, a UK-based company that is implementing location based services for major consumer brands aross the world in the real estate, travel, and finance industries. A fascinating discussion with someone at the sharp end of implementing location as it is used daily by many millions of consumers. Some of the use cases of location are obvious, others like those Snowdrop is rolling out for banks and other fintechs are much more subtle. This was a great conversation discussing the role that location can play in consumer services going forward, but also some challenges that come with that.
