London is full of exciting tech events, but if you are into geo and mobile you should join us on the 12th May for Geomob

We have great mix of speakers from a range of startups, established companies and academic projects.

We are exited to have the Bing Maps Team come and talk about their service. Microsoft has been investing heavily into Bing maps with some exciting announcements recently - Global Ortho Project & BlackBerry Maps.

We also have four great talks lined up from CASA‘s James Cheshire on how he built a map of London’s most common surnames and three startups called Evee Scoville and Lovefresh, which have been receiving a lot of attention, some even before launch.

So, for your quarterly geo and mobile fix, sign up on Lanyrd, and make it to UCL (Pearson Lecture Theatre - North East Entrance, Gower Street, London, W1T 5HB) at 6.30pm on the 12th of May.

The nearest tubes are Euston Square, Warren Street & Euston - (see map)

Entrance is free and all are welcome to come along to geodrinks at the Jeremy Bentham Pub after the event.

****PLEASE SIGN UP AS “ATTENDING” for this event on lanyrd****
